Maintenance Experience |

Services provides troubleshooting methods, maintenance cases,
and special description for ZTE products. Maintenance Experience focuses on a set
of ZTE products each issue and is released every one or two months in both Chinese
and English versions. Subscription is required if you need a hardcopy of Maintenance
Experience.

(1)For an electronic copy
of Maintenance Experience:
1. Log in to http://support.zte.com.cn
2. On the homepage, choose Technical Documents > Maintenance
Experience.
If you have not yet attended any training orgainized by
ZTE University, you can register an account on the homepage of the website. Your
account is enabled after verification. On http://support.zte.com.cn,
you can download product manuals and Subscription Form for Hardcopy Maintenance
Experience, as well as electronic copies of Document Express, journals, and customized
documents.

Form for Hardcopy Maintenance Experience, contact us at doc@zte.com.cn.
Fill out the form with your details and send it back to
doc@zte.com.cn. We will mail you the journal to the address as you required on the
subscription form.
Besides, you can also email any comments, suggestions, or
requirements on ZTE documentation, email us at doc@zte.com.cn. We will give you
a reply within two working days.
